2. License and Access

Upon payment of the applicable fees, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the program content for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the program content.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

3.1 Confidential Information: The program materials, including but not limited to videos, written content, and any supplementary resources, are considered confidential information of IronChad ("the Provider").

3.2 Obligations: By purchasing the program, you agree not to disclose, share, reproduce, distribute, or use the program materials for any purpose other than your personal education and training. You shall take all reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of the program materials.

3.3 Prohibited Actions: You are expressly prohibited from:

Sharing your access credentials with anyone else.

Downloading, copying, or otherwise reproducing the program content without explicit written permission from the Provider.

Using the program content to create derivative works or to provide training to others.

4. Agreement

By purchasing the program, you enter into a contractual agreement with the Provider, agreeing to the following:

You will not share or distribute the program content in any form.

Any breach of this agreement will result in immediate termination of your access to the program without refund and may result in legal action.

5. Termination

The Provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the program at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the program materials and destroy any copies you have made.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the program materials.

7. Disclaimer: No Earnings Projections, Promises Or Representations

You recognize and agree that we have made no implications, warranties, promises, suggestions, projections, representations or guarantees whatsoever to you about future wins, with respect to your purchase of IronChad product, and that we have not authorised any such projection, promise, or representation by others.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
